Partnering with the Executive and Line Manager, the Coach will conduct a thorough assessment and develop an appropriate Action Plan with measurable goals. Depending on the assessment and goal of the Executive Coaching engagement, the Executive will be provided with:

- Open and Honest Feedback from the coach as well as other relevant individuals.
